Paris-based Chilean textile artist Señora Serpiente honors us with her presence. From a feminist and decolonial perspective, she is interested in textile techniques from Abya-Yala (The Americas), which she uses as weapons of resistance and political struggle. Her aesthetic reappropriation of the history of women's oppression takes shape in a variety of media, including photography and her own body.
With the support of the City of Geneva's Agenda 21-Sustainable City Department as part of the November 25-Geneva campaign.
